Fell again,but I got back up, Stood tall, Thinking I can do this, I know I can, I can do it; I will not give up, I will not surrender, I will not give into defeat, I will make it, I will succeed. I can and I will.

not there yet, but getting there

Been going to the gym and getting back into it. Still not where I want to be, but I will Get there, one day at a time.
